Milo Cadbury Chocolate Biscuit Pudding

 

Our version of the chocolate biscuit pudding is made from just a few ingredients; Cadbury Milk Chocolate, Milo, Marie biscuits and some milk. We made ours in a six-inch square tray, so just increase the ingredients accordingly to make larger quantities.

 

Serves: 4

 

Ingredients:

  • 100 grams Cadbury milk chocolate
  • 5 tbsp Milo
  • 1 cup milk
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 packet Marie biscuits

 

Instructions:

  1. Melt the chocolate
  2. Mix the Milo with the water
  3. Mix the melted chocolate with the Milo, stir well to create a lump free mixture
  4. Dip the Marie biscuits into the milk, one at a time to soak them. Be careful not to soak them to the point that they break, we only need to make the biscuits slightly soft
  5. As you remove the biscuits from the milk, arrange them in the tray or whatever container you are using to form the first layer. You might need to break some biscuits to make sure the entire bottom of the container is covered
  6. Spoon some of the Milo chocolate mixture over the first layer of biscuits. Make sure you get a good amount of the chocolate there, but it is also alright if you can see some biscuits through the chocolate
  7. Dip the biscuits into the milk one by one and arrange them inside the container to make the second layer
  8. Spoon the Milo chocolate mixture over the second layer of biscuits
  9. Repeat the steps of dipping and arranging biscuits and spooning chocolate mixture, according to the size of the container you are using. We made ours with just two layers.
  10. Refrigerate until the pudding sets, ours took three hours
