Honey Fried Bananas

Here’s a super quick and super yummy sweet treat that you can whip up within a few minutes with just a handful of ingredients. Slice, mix, heat and that’s seriously it.

We are very happy to let you know that we are bringing you this recipe in partnership with Euro Marketing; the star ingredient of it all is their delicious Langnese Pure Bee Honey.

If we had to pick one great thing about Langnese Pure Bee Honey Golden Clear, we’d say it’s the pureness of it; pure bee honey means there’s nothing else added to it, and yes that means no sugar.

Apart from the Pure Bee Honey Golden Clear, Euro Marketing’s also got a number of other Langnese honeys including the light coloured and delicate tasting Langnese Acacia Honey.

We’ve talked about Langnese quite a bit now, so we should also tell you that Langnese is a German brand that’s been around since 1927 and if there’s one thing the brand’s known for, it’s their quality.

Serves: 3-4

Ingredients:

  • 8 bananas
  • 4 tbsp. oil
  • 8 tbsp. Langnese Pure Bee Golden Clear Honey
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon powder
  • ½ tsp. salt

Instructions:

  1. Slice the bananas into ½ inch thick slices.
  2. Heat up a pan and add the oil, honey, cinnamon and salt. Mix everything together well. Keep the heat on medium.
  3. When the mixture begins to bubble, gently place the banana slices in the pan. Cook for around 2 minutes and then flip and cook the other side for 2 minutes too. The bananas should now look golden brown with a nice honey coating and that’s it.
