Whether we are at home, office or elsewhere, there are times when we need freshly made ready-to-eat meals delivered to wherever we are. With that in mind we’ve made a list of some great lunch and dinner delivery options from around town for the next time you need something yummy in a jiffy.
Oregano café’s Devilled Chicken & Parata Package
Great for those times when you need something filling, the package comes with 4 paratas; so those of you who don’t eat that much can perhaps share it. The price is MVR 120. Other options from Oregano include Biryani, Kothu and Spaghetti Carbonara.
Beef Kothu from Peppers Take Away & Delivery
Peppers makes a really affordable Beef Kothu at just MVR 55.60. Along with the usual fare such as burgers and subs, there are some family options too, like the Biryani family pack for MVR 390; they say it’s good enough for 6 people.
Thaali meals from The Sea House Maldives
The best thing about a Thaali meal is of course the variety that comes with it. The Seahouse Maldives offers chicken, fish and veg Thali meals all at the price of MVR 109. The meat options include, rice, a roti, vegetable curries, 2 types of meat curries, raita and gulab jamun while the veg option comes with 5 vegetable curries instead.
Rahafaiy Café’s Bambukeyo Baiy
Rahafaiy Café seems to have a rotating menu and their Bambukeyo Baiy meal is available during lunch and dinner hours on Mondays and Thursdays. The price is MVR 85 and you can order it with either Rihaakuru Dhiya, Mas Fen or Garudhiya; either way the meal comes with Fihunumas, Lonumirus, lime, chili and onions.
Deliva’s Valhomas Rice
Amidst the pastas, curries and burgers, Deliva delivers a good range of seafood rice dishes including calamari, prawn, octopus and a valhomas rice that you can devour for just MVR 69.
