Starting the list off with the easiest of them all. Store bought ‘lonumirus havaadhu and a little bit of tomato paste do the magic in this one.

Yoghurt Chicken Curry

This one isn’t hard either. Marinating the chicken with the yoghurt & spices makes a real difference here though.

Kukulhu Riha

This one is for eating with Maldivian flatbread ‘roshi’. The whole thing smells as good as it tastes because of the freshly roasted spices.

Lonumedhu Special Chicken

Another chicken curry with freshly roasted spices. But this one has got cashews and raisins, making it feel extra special.

Kukulhu Musamma

And speaking of special chicken curries, ‘musamma’ curries always feel special because they have that hint of sweetness against the spices and there’s that crunch and bite from the ‘kanamadhu’ (sea almonds) and raisins.

Now for something a bit spicy! As the name suggests, this one is all about the chillies. However, the coconut milk makes it really creamy and delicious too.

Tomato chicken curry

As you can tell from the name, this curry is tomato loaded. During the cooking, fresh tomatoes soften and melt, giving the curry a really nice flavour and texture.
